Verizon Connect is an international leader in the areas of fleet automation and optimization using advanced GPS monitoring and analysis solutions. The company is present in 15 countries and has more than 3,500 employees. In 2022, we realized for Verizon Connect the creative distribution of its annual fleet technology report to more than 1,100 contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verizon Connect approached us to execute a creative distribution of the FleetTrends 2022 report to more than 1,100 people from companies across Europe<\/strong>. The project included printing and mailing the physical reports in 8 languages, designing branded envelopes and letters addressed to the recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201eTechnologiczne Trendy Flotowe w Europie\u201d<\/strong> is an annual report issued by Verizon Connect on changes and trends in fleet technology. The material is compiled on the basis of surveys sent to hundreds of fleet industry professionals and managers. It contains valuable information on current trends and the benefits of fleet technology in various European Union countries and industries. In addition to the collective report for the whole of Europe, local data for individual countries is also being compiled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scale of the project, as well as the need for a relatively quick turnaround, was a considerable challenge here. In order to draw the audience’s attention to the most important data and present it in a more interactive way, as well as to more easily measure interest in the report, we proposed expanding it to include a digital aspect.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After analyzing Verizon Connect’s needs, we proposed a two-pronged implementation of the project, including both traditional mailing of the report and digital distribution.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For the client’s designated contacts from 9 countries (Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, the UK and Italy), we prepared packages in their native language, in a specially designed envelope with a pan-European version of the report and a letter addressed specifically to the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, we began work on the fleet2022.eu <\/strong>website – a virtual platform where each recipient of the \u201cFleet Technology Trends in Europe\u201d report could access additional information and statistics on fleet trends and technologies in their country. Access to this data required entering a short code on the site, included in a letter included in the physical shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform was a demo of the Verizon Connect Reveal solution – the interface was based on the company’s real-world software and allowed users to see its most important features, such as notifications about road events, driver data and vehicle statistics. To increase the visual appeal of the site, we used animated, three-dimensional elements (such as moving vehicles in the background graphics) realized in WebGL technology.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
