SAPPHIRE Graphics Cards Video Tutorial Series
For years we have been working with SAPPHIRE, the popular manufacturer of AMD graphics cards, in various areas of marketing – including film projects. In 2023, we had the pleasure of participating in the creation of the “SAPPHIRE How To” series of tutorial videos, focusing on the Radeon NITRO+RX 7900 series of graphics cards released at the time.

The “SAPPHIRE How To” series of tutorial videos on Radeon NITRO+RX 7900 graphics cards was created to familiarize users with their operation and advanced features.

In the case of computer hardware such as graphics cards, questions often arise from customers about their advanced features or how to use them. Guide videos can make it much easier for users to understand these issues (instead of explaining in words, employees can simply provide a link to a video where everything is shown), but they also serve a marketing function. They help draw users’ attention to specific product features while explaining how to use them.
This was the case with SAPPHIRE’s NITRO+RX 7900 series graphics cards. The client received many questions from customers, for example, about how to clean the graphics card’s fans or how to use the card’s lighting synchronization function with the computer’s motherboard. We suggested creating a series of videos to explain these issues to users. As part of this project, we dealt with, among other things:
- preparing the scripts for all the videos
- coordination of the recording
- selection of voiceover
- setting when publishing (descriptions of the videos, thumbnails)
In the end, we produced three videos, which were published on the client’s YouTube channel, as well as in a vertical version for use on Instagram Reels. They can be viewed below.
